Solice Surles-Ingram

From the Stage to the Therapy Room

The Entertainment Therapy Model was developed by Solice Surles Ingram, LPC Associate, whose unique journey as both a professional performer and therapist inspired a deeper exploration of the relationship between performance, identity, and mental health.

Drawing from years in the entertainment industry and clinical experience supporting individuals and families, Solice created ETM to foster greater awareness of the psychological experiences that can accompany high-performance environments.

Why I Created the Entertainment Therapy Model

I understand the hardships of watching what was once love and passion for the craft slowly become a grueling job as the sparkle in a performer's eyes begins to dim.
